The first quarter of 2024 has been eventful for sports games on Android in the United States. Here's a snapshot of how the top contenders performed, based on data from Sensor Tower.
8 Ball Pool, published by Miniclip.com, showed consistent revenue throughout the quarter, peaking at $250K in early March. Downloads saw a high in mid-January at 71K, while weekly active users reached their zenith in mid-February with 327K.
Shooting Ball experienced a spike in downloads in late January at 63K. Although revenue remained modest, weekly active users showed a significant peak at 193K in the same month.
Infinity 8 Ball™ Pool King from Playorcas maintained a steady revenue stream, with a slight rise at the end of January to $101K. Downloads reached an apex of 50K in early February, and the weekly active users saw their highest number at 137K in mid-February.
Real Freestyle Soccer's Soccer Superstar had a relatively stable quarter, with downloads peaking at 43K in early March and weekly active users at 299K in the same period.
The newcomer, NBA Infinite - PvP Basketball by Level Infinite, released in mid-February, made a splash with 168K downloads in its first full week. Revenue quickly ramped up to $43K by the end of February, with weekly active users hitting an impressive 243K in its first week of availability.
