During the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 tabletop board games on the Android platform in Italy exhibited varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a closer look at the trends for each app.
Tic Tac Toe - 2 Player XO saw fluctuating weekly downloads, starting with 16.7K in early January, dropping mid-quarter, and then rebounding to 14.7K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, beginning at 68.6K, peaking at 88K in mid-February, and ending the quarter at 73.6K.
Domino Dreams™ experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $13.6K in the final week of March. Weekly downloads showed significant growth in March, reaching 14.6K in mid-March. Active users surged from 10.2K at the start of January to 21.4K by the end of March.
Chess - Play and Learn by Chess.com had consistent weekly revenue, hovering around $4.5K to $7.5K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads remained steady, averaging around 4K to 6K. Active users maintained a high level, with numbers consistently around 240K to 260K.
Spot it! Go! showed modest weekly revenue, peaking at $20 in mid-February. Weekly downloads peaked at 7.9K in mid-February, but saw a decline towards the end of March, dropping to 960. Active users increased from 4.9K in early January to 12.9K by the end of March.
Ludo King® had a relatively stable performance. Weekly revenue fluctuated slightly, averaging around $15 to $72. Downloads remained consistent, with a slight peak at 3.4K in mid-March. Active users showed a steady trend, starting at 28.1K and ending at 26K.
