In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 virtual fitness programs on the Android platform in Peru showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at their trends based on data from Sensor Tower.
Freeletics: Fitness Workouts experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $437 in the first week of January and gradually decreasing to around $208 by the end of March. Weekly downloads started high at 923 in the first week but saw a decline, settling at 353 in the last week of March. Active users also showed a downward trend, starting at 4.3K and ending at around 2.7K.
Home Fitness Coach: FitCoach had a noticeable drop in weekly downloads, starting at 1.2K in the first week of January and dropping to 65 by the end of March. Revenue followed a similar pattern, starting at $669 and decreasing to $167. Active users declined from 2.7K to 968 over the quarter.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike showed more stability in its performance. Weekly revenue ranged from $203 to $382, with a peak in the last week of March. Downloads fluctuated slightly, starting at 527 and ending at 449. Active users remained relatively steady, starting at 20.2K and ending at 18.3K.
Workout Planner Muscle Booster saw a significant drop in weekly downloads, from 3.8K in the first week of January to 232 by the end of March. Revenue also decreased, starting at $439 and dropping to $174. Active users followed this trend, starting at 6.7K and ending at 1K.
Dancefitme: Fun Workouts had a mixed performance. Weekly downloads ranged from 844 to 279, with a peak of 670 in mid-February. Revenue varied, peaking at $358 in the second week of January and ending at $132. Active users decreased from 998 to 658 over the quarter.
