In Q1 2024, the performance of the top 5 2D cartoon games on a unified platform in Poland showed significant variations in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides an insightful glimpse into the trends for these popular games.
Coin Master from Moon Active experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $390K in the week of January 22 and ending the quarter at around $326K. Weekly downloads saw a downward trend from 13.2K in early January to 9.8K by the end of March. Active users also showed variability, with a peak of about 50.9K in the week of January 22 before settling around 42.6K in late March.
Match Masters - PvP Match 3 by Candivore LTD had a notable increase in weekly revenue, starting at $108K and reaching approximately $161K by mid-March. Downloads spiked to 23.5K in early January but generally declined, ending the quarter at around 11K. Active users followed a decreasing trend from 221K to 162K throughout the quarter.
Empires & Puzzles: Match 3 RPG from Small Giant Games showed fairly stable weekly revenue, ranging between $87K and $103K, with a final figure of about $98K. Weekly downloads remained low, fluctuating between 1.5K and 2.3K. Active users saw a slight decline from 43.4K to 39.1K over the quarter.
Royal Match by Dream Games recorded a steady rise in weekly revenue, starting at $95K and peaking at $103K in late March. Downloads decreased from 33.2K to 12.8K. The number of active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 260K to 280K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Candy Crush Saga by King showed consistent weekly revenue, with figures around $83K to $88K. Weekly downloads saw a decline from 11.2K to 8.9K. Active users fluctuated but generally decreased from 131K to 116K by the end of March.
