In Q1 2024, the top 5 dating apps in the Netherlands showcased varying performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their metrics:
Bumble Dating App: Meet & Date saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $102K in the last week of January. Weekly downloads started at 8.7K at the beginning of January and gradually declined to 6.2K by the end of March. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending with approximately 193K in the final week.
Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date experienced a peak in weekly revenue of about $248K in early February. Downloads for the app showed a slight decline from 7.3K in the first week of January to 5.7K by the end of March. Active users decreased from 275K to 247K over the same period.
Hinge Dating App: Match & Meet maintained a consistent revenue stream, peaking at around $17.7K in mid-February. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 4.5K throughout the quarter. The app saw an increase in active users, ending the quarter with approximately 39K.
OmeTV – Video Chat Alternative had a peak revenue of approximately $4.6K in mid-February. Downloads showed an upward trend, peaking at 5.2K in the same month. Active users increased steadily, reaching about 26K by the end of March.
Badoo: Dating. Chat. Friends saw its highest weekly revenue of around $53.9K in the last week of January. Weekly downloads started at 5.4K and decreased to 3.7K by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter with around 134K.
