During the first quarter of 2024, the top five finance apps in Slovakia on a unified platform demonstrated diverse trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a detailed look at the performance of these applications.
Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade exhibited a consistent download pattern with a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged from approximately 4.4K to 5.6K, peaking at 5.6K in early March. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 43.3K and 46.1K.
SLSP mToken experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from around 4.2K in early January and dropping to 2.4K by the end of March. Despite this, the app maintained a high number of active users, peaking at 124.5K in the second week of January before decreasing to 110.8K by the end of the quarter.
George Slovakia showed a steady decline in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads fell from 4.1K at the beginning of January to 2.6K by the end of March. Active users also saw a decrease, starting at 184.8K and ending at 165.3K.
Google Wallet had a notable increase in active users, starting from 62.4K in early January and reaching 148.6K by early March. However, downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 3.3K and ending at 2.1K by the end of the quarter.
VÚB Mobile Banking demonstrated a stable performance in terms of downloads, ranging from 2.5K to 4.2K. Active users saw a peak at 149.5K in mid-March, before settling at 131K by the end of the quarter.
