In the first quarter of 2024, the fitness and weight loss app market in the United States has shown varying trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter started the quarter with revenues at around $2.8M, witnessing a dip and then a peak towards the end of January at approximately $3.1M. Downloads began at 195K and saw a gradual decrease to 108K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, reaching a high of 3.75M in early January and then settling around 3.3M towards the end of the quarter.

The onX Hunt: GPS Hunting Maps app showed a steady revenue in the ballpark of $1.1M to $1.5M. Downloads had a high point of approximately 39K in the first week of January, with a general downward trend to about 23K by the end of March. Weekly active users started at around 183K and experienced a slight decline, stabilizing at nearly 147K by the quarter's end.

WeightWatchers Program exhibited revenue trends initiating at $540K and peaking at $853K mid-January, followed by a gradual decrease to around $613K. Downloads started at 53K, with a steady decrease to 17K. Weekly active users were around 203K at the beginning of the quarter, dipping slightly to 149K by the end of March.
