In the first quarter of 2024, the performance of the top 5 food and diet tracking apps on a unified platform in Latvia showed interesting trends. Data from Sensor Tower reveals insights into their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.
Calorie Counter by FatSecret experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, starting at around $31 and peaking at $77 in early March. Weekly downloads showed a steady increase, peaking at 339K in late February before settling around 239K by the end of March.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter saw a consistent rise in weekly revenue, starting at $290 and reaching up to $449 in early March. Weekly downloads were more variable, peaking at 356K in late January but generally hovering around 200K to 275K throughout the quarter.
Lifesum: Diet and Food Tracker had a mixed quarter with weekly revenue peaking at $293 in mid-January and fluctuating down to $127 in mid-February. Downloads initially dropped from 322K to 116K in January but recovered to around 286K by late February.
Intermittent Fasting Tracker ⋆ showed varied revenue trends, starting at $115 and peaking at $131 in early January. Weekly downloads also fluctuated, with notable peaks at 261K in early January and 230K in mid-March.
YAZIO Calorie Counter & Diet saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, starting at $227 and reaching $337 in early March. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, peaking at 222K in mid-March but generally staying around 130K to 180K throughout the quarter.
