State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2024, the health and fitness app market in Belgium saw notable activity across the top 5 applications. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower:
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike, published by Strava, Inc., experienced a dynamic quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $58K in the last week of March, having started the quarter at $50K. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 6.4K in mid-March, while weekly active users rose from 218K at the beginning of January to around 228K by the end of March.
YAZIO Calorie Counter & Diet, from YAZIO, showed a decline in weekly downloads from 8.8K in early January to 2.8K by late March. Revenue also saw a downward trend, starting at $24K and ending the quarter at $13K. Despite these declines, active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 109K.
Zwift: Ride and Run, published by Zwift, Inc., had a consistent revenue stream, with weekly figures around $14K to $16K. Downloads, however, decreased significantly from 991 in early January to 271 by the end of March. Active users also saw a decline from 4.5K to 3.3K over the same period.
komoot - hike, bike & run, from komoot GmbH, showed strong growth in revenue, peaking at $16K in the last week of March. Downloads increased from 3.9K in early January to 5.7K by the end of March, and active users remained stable around 65K to 70K throughout the quarter.
Flo Period & Pregnancy Tracker, by FLO HEALTH UK LIMITED, maintained steady weekly revenue, peaking at $11K in early March. Downloads stayed consistent, averaging around 3.7K to 4.1K per week. Weekly active users were stable at approximately 99K to 101K throughout the quarter.
