Throughout the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 insurance applications in Belgium exhibited varied download trends on the unified platform. Here’s a closer look at the performance of each app:
MyAG Employee Benefits from AG Insurance saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads. Starting with around 2K downloads in early January, the app experienced a peak of approximately 3.8K downloads in mid-March. The growth was particularly notable in the weeks of February 19 and March 4, when downloads reached 2.9K and 3.2K, respectively.
Ethias exhibited fluctuating download numbers throughout the quarter. Downloads ranged from 1.9K to 4.1K, with the highest number recorded in the week of March 11. The app had a strong start with 2.4K downloads in the first week of January and reached another high point with 3.4K downloads in the week of January 22.
DKV Insurance - Scan & Send from DKV Belgium - Insurance maintained a relatively stable download rate. Weekly downloads hovered around 2.3K to 3.1K, with a notable peak of 3.1K in the week of January 22. The app consistently stayed above 2.2K downloads throughout the quarter.
Solidaris Wallonie from Solidaris Mutualité showed a varied trend in downloads. The app started with 1.5K downloads in early January and saw a significant increase to 2.7K in the last week of March. Other notable weeks include January 29 and February 19, with downloads of 2K and 2.2K, respectively.
My Helan from Helan Onafhankelijk ziekenfonds experienced a steady yet moderate download rate. The app began with 2.4K downloads in the first week of January and saw a slight decline, reaching around 1.3K to 1.8K downloads towards the end of the quarter. The highest download numbers were recorded in the first week of January and the last week of March.
