JUMIA Online Shopping saw a significant rise in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at around 18.6K downloads in the first week of January, the app reached a peak of approximately 46.7K in mid-March. Active users also showed a positive trend, increasing from 213.9K to 241.6K by the end of March.
Alibaba.com - B2B marketplace experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 22.2K in the first week of January and peaking at 33.5K in the last week of March. Active users for the app remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 528.8K and 608.7K over the quarter.
Copia App showed a notable rise in weekly downloads, beginning at 9.3K in early January and reaching a high of 32.7K by mid-March. Active users increased significantly from 107K to 150.2K during the same period, indicating growing popularity and user engagement.
Kilimall - Affordable Shopping had a mixed performance in terms of downloads. Starting at 18.5K in the first week of January, the app saw a decline to around 9.9K by the end of January but recovered to 14.2K in early March. Active users showed a declining trend, decreasing from 184.4K to 148.3K over the quarter.
Jiji Kenya: Buy & Sell Online saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, beginning at 4.8K in early January, peaking at 10.4K in late January, and then stabilizing around 9.4K by the end of March. Active users initially increased from 86.6K to 114.9K by mid-January but declined to 80.9K by the end of March.
