In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 shopping applications in Peru demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, active users, and revenue. Data from Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into these trends.
SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at 54.7K and peaking at 69K in mid-January before stabilizing around 35K to 45K towards the end of the quarter. The app’s weekly active users showed an upward trend, beginning at 442.8K and reaching 501.8K by the end of March.
AliExpress Shopping App maintained a relatively stable download rate, with minor dips and peaks, starting at 39.8K and ending at 40.1K. The app experienced a significant increase in weekly active users, growing from 707.9K to 814.2K over the quarter.
Alibaba.com showed a steady decline in weekly downloads, beginning at 47.5K and dropping to 33.8K by the end of March. The weekly active users also saw a downward trend, starting at 827.1K and ending at 764.4K.
Samsung Shop experienced a more dramatic decline in weekly downloads, starting at 34.7K in January and plummeting to 5.6K by the end of March. The active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 98.9K and decreasing to 60.3K.
falabella.com – Compra online witnessed fluctuations in weekly downloads, with a notable peak of 36.3K in late January and ending the quarter at 22.9K. The app’s weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 340.7K and 422.1K throughout the quarter.
