In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 apparel apps on the Android platform in Europe demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at each app's performance:
SHEIN-Shopping Online saw its downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter. Starting at 796K in early April, downloads dipped to around 569K by early June, before rebounding to 675K in the last week of June. The app maintained a strong weekly active user base, hovering around 16M to 17M users, peaking at 17M in late May.
Trendyol - Online Alışveriş experienced a more consistent download pattern. Downloads ranged from approximately 167K to 275K, with a notable peak in early May. Active users remained strong, starting at 18.9M in early April and ending at 18.7M in late June, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
Zalando – online fashion store maintained steady download rates, ranging from 141K to 180K. Weekly active users showed a slight upward trend, starting at 3.6M and reaching 3.7M by the end of June.
H&M - we love fashion had a varied download trend, with numbers ranging from 88K to 128K. Active users saw a gradual increase throughout the quarter, starting at 2.6M in early April and rising to 2.7M by the end of June.
ABOUT YOU Online Fashion Shop experienced a declining trend in downloads, beginning the quarter at 104K and dropping to 40K by late June. Active user numbers also decreased, starting at 1.1M and falling to 842K by the end of the quarter.
