Idle RPGs continue to entertain and engage players on the Android platform, and Sensor Tower has captured the latest data for the second quarter of 2024. Here's how the top contenders performed.
Legend of Mushroom by Joy Nice Games saw a decrease in both revenue and downloads throughout the quarter, with revenue dropping from $27K to $11K and downloads falling from 7K to 415. However, weekly active users exhibited an upward trend, ending the quarter at 38K users.
Azur Interactive Games Limited's Slime Castle - Idle TD experienced growth in revenue, from a mere $4 to $612, while downloads peaked mid-quarter at 2K before stabilizing around 2K. Weekly active users also increased, reaching 3.6K by the end of the quarter.
37GAMES GLOBAL's Nobody's Adventure Chop-Chop had modest revenue figures that fluctuated, ending the quarter at $85. Downloads saw a significant spike in early April with 7.5K downloads but then declined to zero by the end of June. The weekly active users count was relatively stable, with a slight increase to over 2K users.
AppQuantum's Legend of Slime: Idle RPG War showed a mixed revenue pattern, peaking at $799 in mid-April before dropping to $395 by late June. Downloads followed a similar volatile pattern, with a notable peak to 1K in mid-May. Weekly active users declined overall, dipping to 2.5K.
Lastly, Pixel Heroes: Tales of Emond from HaoPlay Limited saw its revenue increase from $2K to $961, while downloads experienced a surge late in the quarter, reaching 844. Weekly active users data was not available for this title.
