In the second quarter of 2024, the Idle RPG category on Android has seen varying performance among its leading contenders. Here's a brief overview of how these games have fared according to Sensor Tower's insights.
Legend of Mushroom by Joy Nice Games kicked off the quarter with their revenue peaking at around $34K in the first week of April but saw a downward trend, ending at about $8.5K by late June. Downloads dwindled from 41K to under 1K, while weekly active users declined from 56K to 39K.
For Camera Clash: Blade Clash War from Sims Puzzle Games, revenue was virtually non-existent, putting the spotlight on downloads and active users. Downloads started at close to 6K and saw a slight uptick towards June, while weekly active users hovered around 15K to 17K, suggesting a consistent player base.
DHGAMES' Idle Heroes - 8th Anniversary showed a modest revenue trend, with numbers fluctuating around the $1K mark throughout the quarter. Downloads and active users both experienced a rise towards the end of June, with downloads reaching over 2.6K and active users peaking at 18K.
Azur Interactive Games Limited's Slime Castle - Idle TD had a notable increase in revenue from $4 to over $600 in mid-June, stabilizing around $300 towards the quarter's end. Downloads saw growth from 1.4K in early May to over 3.2K in mid-June, while active users more than sextupled from 702 to 5K in the same period.
Legend of Slime: Idle RPG War by AppQuantum displayed a revenue pattern starting at $255 and dropping to $79 by late June. Downloads showed a significant jump from 354 to 1.2K, and active users increased from 8.8K to 11.8K, indicating a growing interest.
