The second quarter of 2024 saw notable performances from the top 5 Neon Games applications on the Android platform in Europe. Below, we delve into the trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users (WAU) for each app. All data is sourced from Sensor Tower.
The Tower - Idle Tower Defense showed a robust increase in revenue, starting at approximately $23K in early April and peaking at $51K by the end of June. Downloads also saw a significant uptick, beginning at around 2.2K and reaching nearly 7K by the last week of the quarter. Weekly active users rose consistently from 8.8K to 17.4K.
Beatstar - Touch Your Music maintained a steady revenue stream, with figures fluctuating between $15K and $25K throughout the quarter. Downloads experienced a notable spike with a high of 37.2K in early May, ending the quarter at 25.8K. WAU showed a steady increase, starting at 303K and closing at 327K.
Idle Brick Breaker had a stable revenue performance, fluctuating around the $4K to $6K range. Downloads remained relatively consistent, averaging around 3.6K per week. WAU figures were steady, generally hovering around 11K to 12K.
Geometry Dash experienced a slight revenue increase, from approximately $4.6K to $5.7K by the end of June. Downloads, however, saw a significant drop, starting from 11.7K in early April and falling to 2.6K by the end of the quarter. Despite this, WAU remained stable, consistently around the 260K mark.
Bricks Breaker Quest demonstrated a steady revenue stream, fluctuating between $1.8K and $2.3K. Downloads saw a dramatic increase, peaking at 63.5K in the final week of June. WAU also saw an impressive rise, from 581K at the beginning of April to 688K by the end of June.
