In the second quarter of 2024, the top-down games category on Android in Mexico saw notable performances from several key titles. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides valuable insights into the trends in downloads, revenue, and active users for these popular games.
Brawl Stars from Supercell maintained a strong presence with its weekly revenue fluctuating between approximately $64K and $102K. Downloads experienced a peak in early May at around 103K, while weekly active users rose from 2.1M to 2.6M by the end of June.
Clash Royale, another Supercell title, showed a more varied performance. Revenue peaked at around $58K at the beginning of April but saw a dip to approximately $37K by mid-June. Downloads were highest at the start of April with about 68K, while weekly active users ranged from roughly 5.7M to 6.6M throughout the quarter.
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by Moonton displayed consistent revenue, generally hovering between $34K and $47K. Downloads were relatively lower, peaking at around 14K in early April. Weekly active users saw a steady increase from 291K to 332K by the end of the quarter.
League of Legends: Wild Rift from Riot Games, Inc had a varied performance in revenue, ranging from approximately $20K to $37K. Downloads were modest, peaking at around 4K in mid-June. Weekly active users were relatively steady, fluctuating between 112K and 127K.
Travel Town - Merge Adventure by Magmatic Games LTD showed consistent revenue, staying around $16K to $19K. Downloads peaked at approximately 17K in late April. Weekly active users witnessed growth early in the quarter, reaching around 50K in early May before stabilizing around 42K to 43K towards the end of June.
