In Q2 2024, the top 5 Apple Arcade games on iOS in France showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at each game's trends based on data from Sensor Tower.
Snake.io - Fun Online Snake saw fluctuating revenue, peaking at $55 in the first week of April and dipping to $7 by mid-June, before recovering to $23 by the end of the quarter. Downloads were relatively stable, starting at around 7.5K in early April and ending at approximately 6K in late June. Weekly active users showed some volatility, beginning at 47.8K and peaking at 55.5K in mid-June, before settling at 47.3K.
Fruit Ninja® experienced a decline in downloads from 6.8K in early April to 4.3K by the end of June. Revenue fluctuated slightly, starting at $194 and ending at $160. Active users also saw a downward trend, starting at 208K and decreasing to 149K by the quarter's end.
Chess - Play & Learn maintained a strong revenue stream, beginning at $25.7K in early April and ending at $18.2K in late June. Downloads were relatively stable, ranging between 4.7K and 6.7K. Weekly active users saw slight variations, starting at 285K and ending at 264K.
Temple Run recorded no revenue throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a peak of 7.5K in mid-May, followed by fluctuations, ending at 4.2K in late June. Weekly active users started at 30.2K, peaked at 35.8K in mid-May, and ended at 27K.
Solitaire demonstrated consistent performance, with revenue starting at $307 and peaking at $394 in late April before stabilizing around $326 by the end of June. Downloads saw a peak of 5.7K in early April before declining to 1.9K by late June. Weekly active users remained robust, starting at 811K and peaking at 1M in early June, ending the quarter at 980K.
