Monzo - Mobile Banking showed consistent growth in downloads, peaking at around 52K in late May. Weekly active users fluctuated, maintaining a strong user base with a slight uptick to over 1.6M towards the end of June.
Lloyds Bank Mobile Banking also experienced a rise in downloads throughout the quarter, reaching over 25K downloads at the beginning of June. The active user count for Lloyds showed resilience, with a rebound to nearly 1.2M by the quarter's end.
NatWest Mobile Banking saw a dip in downloads mid-quarter but managed to recover to around 18K by late June. Its active users mirrored this pattern, dipping to approximately 1.4M before climbing back up to over 1.4M.
Barclays UK maintained a steady download rate, hovering around 18K to 19K downloads weekly, with active users seeing a significant increase to 1.8M in the final week of June.
Halifax Mobile Banking downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users showed a modest increase, finishing at just over 750K.
