Sensor Tower's data for Q2 2024 reveals how the leading fast food and fast casual restaurant apps have performed on the iOS platform in the United States.
McDonald's app downloads showed an upward trend starting with 277K in the first week of April and peaking at 337K towards the end of May. Weekly active users fluctuated, beginning at 6.4M and achieving a high of 7.3M in the third week of May.
Starbucks experienced a spike in downloads during the first week of May, reaching 201K. The number of weekly active users saw a peak of 4.5M in the same week, although there was a general trend of fluctuation across the quarter.
Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery saw consistent downloads with a notable increase to 157K at the end of May. Active users reached a peak of 897K in the same week, showing a steady increase from the start of April with 811K users.
Chick-fil-A had its highest downloads at 152K in the third week of April and maintained over 1.2M weekly active users throughout the quarter, with slight increases and decreases along the way.
Lastly, Domino's Pizza USA downloads varied, with a high of 136K in the first week of June. The app's weekly active users remained above 2.6M for the entire quarter, showing a robust and engaged user base.
