During Q2 2024, the top 5 food delivery services on iOS in Egypt showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their metrics based on Sensor Tower data.
Food, grocery & more saw a dynamic quarter in terms of weekly downloads, starting at 7.2K in early April and peaking at 12.7K in mid-June. The app maintained a steady rise in weekly active users, beginning at 148.5K and reaching a high of 184.9K by mid-June.
InstaShop: Grocery Delivery experienced moderate download activity, with numbers ranging from 4.5K to 6.3K throughout the quarter. The app also saw a gradual increase in weekly active users, starting at 13.7K and peaking at 16.7K by mid-June.
Breadfast: Groceries And More had a fluctuating download trend, beginning at 7.2K in early April and stabilizing around 5.5K by the end of June. Active users showed a slight decline initially but recovered to end the quarter at approximately 13.2K.
Rabbit: 20 mins delivery demonstrated a significant spike in downloads, notably reaching 5.8K in mid-May. However, the app's download numbers fluctuated, ending the quarter with around 2.3K downloads in the final week of June.
elmenus maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, ranging from 1.3K to 2K. The app's active users saw a peak of 52K in early April, followed by a slight decline to 45.2K by the end of June.
