During the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 Gacha games on iOS in Egypt showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
8 Ball Pool™ by Miniclip.com experienced a steady decline in weekly revenue from early April to late June, starting at approximately $1K and ending at around $677. Downloads saw a peak mid-June, reaching about 6.6K, while active users fluctuated, peaking at around 205K in mid-June.
eFootball™ 2024 from KONAMI had a notable increase in revenue in late April, hitting a high of around $1.4K. Downloads peaked at 3.9K at the end of May. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 79K and 91K throughout the quarter.
Solo Leveling:Arise by Netmarble Corporation, released in early May, saw an initial surge in downloads with 33.7K in the first week, but this number sharply declined to fewer than 500 by late June. Revenue also showed a downward trend, with a peak of $988 in mid-May. Active users decreased from 32.7K in early May to 20.2K by the end of June.
X-HERO by BINGCHUAN NETWORK (HONG KONG) COMPANY LIMITED experienced a significant drop in downloads from 8.4K in early April to fewer than 200 by mid-June. Revenue followed a similar pattern, starting at around $500 and dropping to $204 by late June. Active users peaked at 45.5K in late May but fell to around 18.6K by early June before rising again to 38.9K in late June.
Whiteout Survival from Century Games Pte. Ltd. showed a high variability in revenue, peaking at $5.3K in late April but dropping to $826 by mid-June. Downloads were relatively stable, peaking at 2.3K in mid-June. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 7.5K in early May and maintaining around 7.1K towards the end of the quarter.
