In the second quarter of 2024, the Idle RPG category has seen varied performances across its top contenders on the iOS platform in Europe. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at downloads, revenue, and user engagement for these applications.
Legend of Mushroom by Joy Net Games showed a descending trend in both revenue and downloads, starting the quarter with a revenue of $477K and ending at $261K, while downloads decreased from 54K to 11K. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at 293K from an initial 249K.
Azur Interactive Games Limited introduced Slime Castle - Idle TD in early May, with revenue growing from a modest $17 to $25K by the end of June. Downloads peaked at 18K in the week of June 17th before dropping to 13K, and while the game's active users weren't reported, the consistent growth in revenue suggests a building user base.
Legend of Slime: Idle RPG War from AppQuantum Publishing Ltd saw a fluctuating revenue pattern, ranging from $16K to $30K. Downloads maintained a steady decrease from 7K to 5K, however, weekly active users showed a slight increase from 40K to 42K.
Idle Heroes - Idle Games by DHGames Limited, despite being an older title, posted a revenue increase from $52K to $90K during the quarter. Downloads saw a gradual decline from 4K to 4K, while active users showed a slight uptrend, ending at 33K from an initial count of 32K.
Lastly, G-CONG NETWORK's Nobody's Adventure Chop-Chop experienced a decrease in revenue from $30K to $13K. Downloads had a significant drop from 9K in mid-April to just 101 by the quarter's end. Weekly active users, however, remained fairly consistent, with a slight drop from 34K to 27K.
