In the second quarter of 2024, the performance of the top 5 auto applications in Luxembourg on a unified platform showed diverse trends. Here is a detailed look at the downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Mycar.lu from Carrousel SA experienced a modest fluctuation in downloads, starting at 312 in the first week of April and peaking at 384 in mid-May. The downloads then slightly declined towards the end of June, finishing at 274.
Luxauto.lu, published by atHome Group, saw a steady increase in downloads throughout the quarter. The app began with 221 downloads in the first week of April, gradually rising to a peak of 337 in the second week of June, before ending the quarter with 214 downloads.
AUTODOC: buy quality car parts from Autodoc SE had relatively stable download numbers, starting at 133 and peaking at 189 in mid-April. The app’s weekly active users showed a slight increase, starting at 932 and reaching a peak of 1.04K in mid-April, before stabilizing around 942 by the end of June.
AutoScout24: Buy & sell cars from AutoScout24 GmbH showed variable performance in downloads, beginning with 124 in early April and peaking at 211 in mid-April. The active users saw a peak of 2.17K in mid-April, maintaining a relatively high engagement throughout the quarter, ending at 2.04K in the last week of June. Revenue for the app was sporadic, peaking at $57 in mid-April, with occasional revenue entries throughout the quarter.
Finally, mobile.de - car market from mobile.de GmbH saw a consistent increase in downloads, starting at 125 and reaching a peak of 233 in the second week of June. The app’s weekly active users also showed a positive trend, beginning at 1.81K and peaking at 2.12K in the second week of June, before stabilizing around 1.95K by the end of the quarter.
