In Q2 2024, the performance of the top 5 beauty retail apps in the Czech Republic exhibited diverse trends across downloads and weekly active users, according to Sensor Tower data.
Notino: profumi e cosmetici saw its downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter, peaking at 6.5K in the week of April 22 and dipping to a low of 2.8K in the week of May 27. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users reaching a high of approximately 30.8K in late April and showing a slight decline to around 27.8K by the end of June.
SEPHORA - Maquillage, Parfum experienced a varying trend in downloads, starting strong with 3.9K in early April and gradually decreasing to 1.1K by the end of June. Weekly active users for SEPHORA remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the 13K to 16K mark throughout the quarter.
Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics had a modest download rate, with numbers ranging from 111 to 165 downloads per week. Its weekly active users showed a similar trend, maintaining a range between 108 and 206 users, indicating a consistent yet small user base.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY saw a notable increase in downloads in mid-June, peaking at 107 downloads in the week of June 10, after a generally low download rate earlier in the quarter. Weekly active users displayed a gradual increase, from 165 in early April to 243 by mid-June.
BEAUTY BAY had the lowest download numbers among the top 5, ranging from 1 to 23 downloads per week. Despite this, its weekly active users remained relatively steady, varying between 41 and 66 throughout the quarter.
