In the second quarter of 2024, the top five casual games on a unified platform in Europe showcased notable performance trends. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into their downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Subway Surfers experienced varying trends throughout Q2 2024. Downloads peaked at approximately 751K in the first week of April and saw a low of around 457K in early May, rounding out the quarter with a rise to 707K. Revenue fluctuated, starting at about $29K in early April, dipping to $17K in mid-June, and ending at $20K. Weekly active users were relatively stable, beginning at 15.5M and closing the quarter at 15.6M.
Royal Match from Dream Games consistently generated high revenue, starting at $4.7M and peaking at $5.7M by the end of June. Downloads remained steady, with a slight drop from 466K in early April to 366K by the end of June. Weekly active users hovered around the 11M mark, starting at 11.1M and slightly decreasing to 10.4M.
Words of Wonders: Crossword showcased a steady performance in Q2 2024. Downloads fluctuated between 375K and 444K, while revenue remained consistent, averaging around $38K weekly. The game maintained a strong weekly active user base, starting at 6.9M and ending at 7M.
Geometry Dash Lite by RobTop Games AB demonstrated a gradual increase in both downloads and revenue. Downloads increased from 322K in early April to 399K by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar pattern, starting at $12K and ending at $14K. Weekly active users showed a positive trend, rising from 5.6M to 5.9M throughout the quarter.
Among Us! from InnerSloth LLC saw a steady performance in Q2 2024. Downloads ranged from 271K to 362K, while revenue remained consistent at around $5.4K weekly. The game maintained a stable weekly active user base, starting at 1.5M and closing the quarter at 1.7M.
