In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in Kuwait showed varied performance trends across downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at the metrics for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
KFC Kuwait - Order food Online maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads ranging from approximately 2.9K to 4.7K. The app saw a peak of 4.7K downloads in the week of April 8. Weekly active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 14K in early April and ending at around 12.9K by the end of June.
McDonald’s - Non-US experienced a consistent increase in downloads, reaching a high of 2.7K in the week of June 17. Active users showed a downward trend initially, from 42.5K in early April to 37.4K by the end of April. However, the numbers stabilized and increased again, ending at around 40.4K by the end of June.
Burger King Kuwait had a notable rise in weekly downloads, peaking at 2.8K in the week of June 17. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 14K to 15.8K throughout the quarter.
Pizza Hut KWT - Order Food Now saw significant growth in weekly downloads, reaching up to 3.1K in the week of May 20. The app's active users increased from 7.9K in early April to 9.3K by the end of June.
Hardee's Kuwait also showed a rise in downloads, with a peak of 2.6K in the week of June 17. Active users remained low but stable, ranging from 300 to 331 throughout the quarter.
