In Q2 2024, the top five food and diet tracking apps in Brazil exhibited diverse performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here's a detailed look at the trends for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Follow Me - Workout, plan from PrayInHeart saw a remarkable increase in downloads, starting from a modest 551 in early April to peaking at over 136K in late May. Revenue began to pick up toward the end of the quarter, reaching $48 in mid-June. Weekly active users also surged significantly, climbing from 435 in early April to over 210K by the end of June.
YAZIO Food & Calorie Counter maintained strong performance throughout the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 45.4K in early May. Revenue showed a consistent upward trend, reaching approximately $25.6K by mid-June. Weekly active users remained high, increasing from 613K in early April to around 719K by the end of June.
Calorie Counter by FatSecret had steady download numbers, fluctuating between 15.7K and 27K. Revenue remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, hovering around $3.5K to $4.3K. Weekly active users saw minor variations, ending the quarter at 184K from an initial 167K in early April.
Water Tracker: Water Reminder experienced consistent download numbers, ranging between 19K and 23K. Revenue showed a slight increase, peaking at $50 by the end of June. Weekly active users remained fairly stable, ending the quarter at approximately 186K.
Nutrito - Calorie Counter from Leal Apps showed varied performance. Downloads peaked at 18.7K in late April but saw a dip towards the end of the quarter. Revenue also saw fluctuations, reaching around $3.7K in mid-April but decreasing to approximately $2.6K by the end of June. Weekly active users showed a slight decline, ending the quarter at around 89.6K from an initial 88.2K in early April.
