Food, grocery & more, published by Talabat General Trading and Contracting Company, showed a consistent increase in weekly downloads, beginning at 18.6K in early April and rising to 25.2K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users fluctuated slightly but maintained a strong presence, ranging from 357.9K to 380.5K throughout the quarter.
Smiles UAE, from Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, experienced a steady growth in downloads, starting at 11.2K in the first week of April and reaching 15.4K by late June. Active user numbers also saw a positive trend, beginning at 78.9K and increasing to 84.8K over the quarter.
Deliveroo: Food & Shopping, published by Deliveroo, had a varied download pattern. The app started with 5.8K downloads in early April, peaked at 11.5K mid-April, and ended with 8K downloads by late June. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 67.5K to 70.3K throughout the quarter.
InstaShop: Grocery Delivery, by InstaShop Ltd, showed a mixed download trend. Starting at 5.7K downloads in early April, the app saw a peak of 13.8K in early May, then tapered down to 4.5K by the end of June. Active users reached their highest point at 45.4K in early May and fluctuated around 34.2K to 38.7K for the rest of the quarter.
Cari: The best food delivered, from The Taken Seat, demonstrated a notable increase in downloads, starting at 1.2K in early April and peaking at 6.5K by the end of April. However, the numbers gradually declined to 2.1K by late June. Active users followed a similar trend, beginning at 16.7K and peaking at 25.1K in late April before settling at 18.9K by the end of June.
