In the second quarter of 2024, the food delivery service apps continue to engage users across unified platforms. Sensor Tower's data showcases the performance of the top contenders in this competitive market.
Vivino: Buy the Right Wine experienced a steady increase in revenue, peaking at $36M in mid-June. Downloads fluctuated, highlighting a high of 4.6M in early May, while weekly active users saw an uptick, reaching approximately 43K by the end of June.
Glovo: Food Delivery and more, despite not generating revenue, maintained a consistent growth in downloads, with a notable rise to 2.2K in the final week of June. Its weekly active users showed a healthy pattern, climbing to nearly 46K in the same period.
Wolt Delivery: Food and more also recorded no revenue, yet downloads saw an increase, particularly towards the end of the quarter with 1.3K in late June. Weekly active users demonstrated resilience, bouncing back to over 32K after a dip in May.
Uber Eats: Food Delivery witnessed a varied download trend, with its peak at 703 in early June. The app's weekly active users, however, showed a decline, ending the quarter at just over 10K.
talabat: Food, grocery & more saw the least amount of downloads, with a low of 40 in mid-June. Weekly active users for talabat also decreased, settling around 1.4K towards the end of the quarter.
