In the second quarter of 2024, shopping games on a unified platform in Germany demonstrated diverse performance metrics. Data from Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for the top 5 applications.
Supermarket Manager Simulator by Digital Melody Games had a strong start post its release on March 28, 2024. Revenue peaked at approximately $6.5K in early May before gradually declining to around $1.1K by the end of June. Downloads started at 27.3K in the first week of April and decreased to 6.9K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users saw a peak of 44.8K mid-April and then steadily dropped to 22.5K by late June.
My Mini Mart by Supersonic Studios LTD showed moderate revenue, starting at $662 and ending at $426. Downloads fluctuated around the 2K-3K range, with a slight peak at 2.9K in late May. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 8.3K and 10.6K throughout the quarter.
Idle Supermarket Tycoon-Shop from Codigames experienced a consistent pattern with revenue starting at $654 and ending at $340. Downloads remained stable, averaging around 2K per week. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 9.3K to 7.6K over the quarter.
Supermarket Mania Journey by G5 Entertainment had lower revenue figures, starting at $515 and ending at $683. Downloads were modest, peaking at 553 in late April and dropping to 269 by the end of June. Active users decreased from 655 to 442 over the quarter.
Manage Supermarket Simulator by Zego Studio, released on May 27, 2024, showed strong initial performance. Revenue grew from $186 to $1.3K by the end of June. Downloads surged from 16.8K to 40.9K, and weekly active users saw a significant increase from 8.8K to 68.9K in just a month.
