In the second quarter of 2024, the Squad RPG category has seen varied performance across the top titles in the UK on the unified platform. Data from Sensor Tower offers insights into the downloads, revenue, and active user trends for these popular games.
RAID: Shadow Legends, published by Plarium Global Ltd, showed consistent revenue throughout the quarter with a notable peak of $268K in late May. Downloads stayed within the 4K-6K range weekly, while weekly active users saw a slight decline from 20K to 18K.
Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes from Electronic Arts demonstrated a fluctuating revenue pattern, with the highest revenue of $227K observed in early May. The game's downloads dipped to 2.7K by the end of June, and active users hovered around 100K, peaking at 110K in late April.
Farlight Games' AFK Journey had a strong launch in March, with downloads initially hitting 49K. Revenue started at $164K but saw a decrease over the quarter, ending at around $50K. Weekly active users started strong at 90K but gradually decreased to 58K by the quarter's end.
MARVEL Strike Force: Squad RPG by Scopely, Inc. maintained a stable revenue stream, with a slight increase to $67K in the last week of June. Downloads presented a modest trend, ranging from 3.3K to 6.2K, while active users remained stable with a slight increase from 20K to 21K.
Lastly, Hero Wars: Alliance from Nexters Global LTD displayed a varied revenue trend with a high of $74K in mid-May. Downloads saw an upward trend in late April but stabilized to around 4K by June. The weekly active users showed an increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching nearly 19K.
