The third quarter of 2024 has seen some interesting trends in the Art and Design category on Android in Oman. Here we take a closer look at the performance of the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Canva: Design, Art & AI Editor, developed by Canva, demonstrated a dynamic trend in its weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 6.1K by the end of September. The app's weekly revenue fluctuated throughout the quarter, reaching a high of about $1K. Additionally, the app's active user base saw a significant increase, rising from around 19.5K at the start of July to nearly 28K by the end of September.
ibis Paint X, from ibis inc., experienced a decline in weekly downloads, dropping to 507 by the end of September. Despite this, the app maintained a relatively stable number of active users, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, rising from about 6.1K in early September to 6.7K by the end of the month.
Trace and Sketch Anime Photo, a product of NMH GLOBAL, saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, peaking at 1K in late July. The app's active user count showed a steady increase, reaching over 2.2K by the end of September.
AI Photo Editor: BG Remover from VTN Global App recorded a significant drop in weekly downloads, from 1.2K in mid-August to just 22 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 822 in mid-August to 375 by the end of September.
Finally, AR Drawing: Sketch, Art, Trace, developed by Color App Team, showed varied download activity, with a high of 959 in early August, dropping to 367 by the end of September. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, with a minor decrease towards the end of the quarter.
