Top 5 Health and Fitness Apps on Android in Europe, Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, Sensor Tower data highlights notable trends in the performance of the top health and fitness apps on the Android platform in Europe.

Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear), from Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co.,Ltd, maintained strong weekly downloads, starting at about 156K and experiencing a peak in mid-September with approximately 175K downloads. The app's weekly active users showed a steady increase from around 3.2M to 3.5M by mid-September.

Step Counter - Pedometer by Hitchhike Tech had a consistent weekly download pattern, ranging from 130K to 156K throughout the quarter. Revenue fluctuated slightly, reaching a high of about $422 in late August. Active users remained stable, hovering around 570K to 600K.

Health Kit from P & L Studio saw a significant spike in downloads during early July, reaching over 198K, before stabilizing to around 76K at the end of the quarter. The app's active user base varied, with a notable increase to about 884K in late September.

Another Step Counter - Pedometer by Leap Fitness Group experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 168K and dropping to around 81K by late September. Despite this, revenue saw a gradual increase, reaching up to $865 by the end of the quarter. Active users decreased from 4.4M to about 3.8M during the same period.

Flo Period & Pregnancy Tracker by Flo Health Inc. showed a robust revenue growth, peaking at approximately $169K in early September. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of about 118K in mid-July, while active users remained relatively stable around 3.3M.
