During the third quarter of 2024, the Maps and Navigation category on Android in Turkey showcased various trends across the top-performing apps. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps exhibited notable patterns in their weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Navionics® Boating from Garmin Italy Technologies had a fluctuating revenue stream, peaking at around $5.1K in mid-July. The app saw a significant spike in downloads in mid-August, reaching approximately 1.8K, while active users increased to about 1.8K in the same period before declining towards the end of the quarter.
Radarbot Speed Camera Detector experienced a steady revenue flow, with peaks around $1.9K in late August. Weekly downloads were highest in late July at approximately 34K, but they declined to around 8.6K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at about 63K in late July and gradually decreasing to roughly 31K by quarter's end.
Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules maintained a steady revenue, with slight increases toward the end of the quarter, reaching about $1.4K. Downloads peaked in mid-August at roughly 51K, while active users showed an upward trend, rising to approximately 425K by the end of September.
GPS Phone Location Tracker from ReiDxSoft saw a gradual decline in revenue throughout the quarter, starting at $887 and ending at $574. Downloads decreased over time, with a significant drop to around 783 by the end of September. Active users fluctuated but ended the quarter at approximately 4.2K.
Finally, Qibla Finder - Qibla Direction by Firehawk reported stable revenue, hovering around $600 throughout the quarter. Downloads varied, peaking at about 13.7K in early July before decreasing to roughly 3.5K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, with a notable decline to around 14.6K by the quarter's close.
