During the third quarter of 2024, several air travel apps on the iOS platform in Oman demonstrated varied performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.
SalamAir saw a notable peak in weekly downloads, reaching 5.1K in late July. However, this was followed by a consistent decline, finishing the quarter at approximately 447 downloads.
Oman Air experienced its highest number of weekly downloads at 2.3K in mid-July. Active users showed a fluctuation, peaking at 4.8K in late July, and then maintaining a relatively stable range, ending the quarter with around 3.8K active users.
Wizz Air - Book Flights started the quarter with weekly downloads of 1.5K, which gradually declined to 200 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 2.7K to 1.1K over the quarter.
Qatar Airways maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, starting at 478 and ending with 320 weekly downloads. Its active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly but closing the quarter at 1K.
Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker showed a notable surge in weekly downloads, peaking at 959 in early August, before declining to 339 by the end of September. Weekly revenue for this app was also noteworthy, with a peak of $710 in mid-August and closing the quarter at $583. Active users increased significantly in early August, reaching 1.4K, before settling at 870 by the end of the quarter.
