In the third quarter of 2024, the leading dating apps on iOS in the Middle East showcased varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. This data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides valuable insights into the market dynamics for these applications.
Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date from Tinder Inc. experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $372K towards the end of September. However, its weekly downloads showed a downward trend, starting from 19.7K in early July and decreasing to 10.8K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 169K and ending the quarter with approximately 160K.
Azar: 1 on 1 Video Chat Online by Hyperconnect LLC saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, starting at $241K and ending at approximately $215K. The app's weekly downloads also showed a decline, from 9.6K in early July to around 6.2K by the end of September. Active users began at 68.5K and decreased to about 58.4K over the quarter.

The app's downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around 5.3K. Active users maintained a consistent range, starting at 68.4K and ending at 68.8K.
SUGO: Live Voice Chat Party by MOBILE ALPHA LIMITED experienced steady weekly revenue, beginning at $127K and ending at $112K. Downloads showed a downward trend from 20.5K to 13.1K, while active users increased from 38K to around 38.1K over the quarter.
