In the third quarter of 2024, the top dinosaur-themed games on iOS in Saudi Arabia displayed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. These insights, sourced from Sensor Tower, provide a snapshot of the evolving gaming landscape.
Primal Conquest: Dino Era by BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.2K in late July and mid-September. Downloads fluctuated, starting strong at 2.4K in early July, then dropping significantly, before a slight recovery to 837 in late September. Weekly active users also saw fluctuations, with a peak of 1.6K in late September.
Jurassic World Alive from Jam City, Inc. experienced a more stable revenue stream, averaging around $300 weekly, with minor dips and peaks. Downloads started at 546 but dropped considerably as the quarter progressed, ending at 16. Active users slightly declined from 815 to 504 over the quarter.
Jurassic World™: The Game, another title from Jam City, Inc., showed a revenue peak of $570 in late July, followed by a gradual decrease. Downloads hovered around 100 early in the quarter, with a brief spike to 383 in early September, before tapering off. Active users began at 652 and saw a gradual decline to 457 by the end of September.
ARK: Survival Evolved by Studio Wildcard maintained a consistent download rate, over 900 weekly in July, before declining in August. Revenue reached a high of $419 mid-July but decreased as the quarter progressed. Active users started strong at 3.1K but saw a significant decline to 1K by the end of the quarter.
Dino mutant : T-Rex from MondayOFF, a newcomer, showed promising growth. Revenue gradually increased, peaking at $135 in late September. Downloads surged to 866 in late July before stabilizing, while active users rose from 278 in late July to a peak of 1.5K mid-September.
