In the third quarter of 2024, the gacha gaming scene on iOS in Greece showcased notable trends in revenue, downloads, and active user engagement. According to Sensor Tower data, the top five games in this category experienced varying degrees of success.
Last War:Survival from FUNFLY PTE. LTD. saw a dynamic revenue pattern, peaking at approximately $26K in mid-September. Weekly downloads showed a rise in early August, hitting around 2.9K, while active users climbed steadily from 3.5K to a peak of 6.6K in August before stabilizing around 5.5K by the end of the quarter.
Whiteout Survival, developed by Century Games Pte. Ltd., experienced a revenue surge in late September, reaching nearly $24K. Download numbers peaked at 2.9K in mid-August, and active users increased steadily, reaching over 8.4K in early September before tapering slightly towards the quarter's end.
Rise of Kingdoms by Lilith Games had a revenue high of $11K in late September, while downloads saw a significant decline, dropping to just 78 in mid-September. The active user base mirrored this trend, decreasing from 1.6K in July to just under 1.4K by mid-September, before a slight recovery.
Age of Origins:Tower Defense from Hong Kong Ke Mo software Co., Limited, reported a revenue increase in mid-September, peaking at $8.8K. Although downloads remained relatively low, they saw a slight rise in late August. Active users increased from 955 in July to over 1.5K in late August, stabilizing at around 1.1K by the end of the quarter.
Finally, Hero Wars: Alliance RPG by Nexters Global LTD showed a revenue peak of $6.7K at the end of September. Downloads increased to 362 by the end of the quarter, and active users rose from 1.1K in July to nearly 1.4K in September.
