In the third quarter of 2024, the top 5 word puzzle games on the iOS platform in Bulgaria showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a look at how each app fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Words of Wonders: Crossword experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $138 in late September. Downloads started strong at 569 but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, reaching 409. Active users hovered around 3.5K, with a slight drop to 3.3K by the end of September.
Word Snack - Picnic with Words saw a notable increase in revenue, with a high of $168 in early September. Weekly downloads were highest mid-July at 902, followed by a decrease, stabilizing at around 330 by the end of September. Active users peaked at 2.8K in July, with a slight decline, ending the quarter at around 2K.
NYT Games: Word, Number, Logic showed a gradual increase in revenue, reaching $94 in the final week of September. Downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 60 weekly, while active users consistently hovered just above 140 throughout the quarter.
For Wordscapes, revenue saw a significant rise towards the end of the quarter, peaking at $87 in mid-September. Downloads fluctuated, starting at 46 and ending at 39, while active users saw a slight increase, reaching 36 by the end of September.
Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle experienced a peak in downloads at the beginning of the quarter with 2.7K, followed by a decline to 208 by the end of September. Revenue saw a steady increase towards the quarter's end, reaching $55. Active users started strong at 3.1K, gradually decreasing to 1.9K.
