State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the third quarter of 2024, Norway's top air travel apps showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look at these trends on a unified platform.
Norwegian Travel Assistant experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads from 6.7K at the start of July to 4.1K in mid-August. However, the app saw a recovery towards the end of the quarter, with downloads reaching 5.2K. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 15.8K in early July to 12.8K in mid-August, before rebounding to approximately 14.1K by the end of September.
The SAS – Scandinavian Airlines app saw a consistent downward trend in downloads, starting at 5.9K in early July and ending at 4.2K by the last week of September. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 12K to around 10.5K during the same period.
Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker showed a notable revenue performance, peaking at $13.2K in early September. Downloads began at 3.1K in July, dipping to 1.6K in early September, before climbing back to 2.2K by the end of the month. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 21K throughout the quarter.
For KLM - Book a flight, downloads exhibited an overall upward trajectory, starting at 1.9K in July and reaching 2.9K by the end of September. Active users also increased steadily from 7.9K to 9.3K over the quarter.
Lastly, Lufthansa saw a similar pattern, with downloads rising from 2.2K in early July to 2.6K in late September. Active users increased from 11.2K to 11.5K during the quarter.
