In the third quarter of 2024, the top apparel apps in Europe showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower's unified platform data.
SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a strong quarter with downloads starting at 1.2M in early July and peaking at 1.5M by mid-August. Weekly active users remained robust, fluctuating slightly from 30.4M in July to 30.1M by the end of September.
Zalando – Online fashion experienced a consistent increase in downloads, beginning the quarter at 262K and rising to 329K by the end of September. Active user numbers showed a slight decline initially but recovered to 5.97M by the quarter's close.
H&M - we love fashion displayed a notable growth in downloads, starting at 195K and reaching 252K by late September. Weekly active users increased steadily throughout the quarter, culminating at approximately 5M.
ZARA maintained a stable download rate, with numbers climbing from 207K in early July to 238K by the end of the quarter. The active user base also showed a positive trend, rising from 2.15M to 2.17M over the same period.
Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories began the quarter with 166K downloads, peaking at 209K in late August, before settling at 176K by September's end. Active users demonstrated a fluctuating pattern but concluded the quarter at roughly 2.27M.
