In the third quarter of 2024, the beauty retail app landscape in Croatia saw varied performance among its top five contenders. Here's a closer look at their weekly trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Mein dm, published by dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG from Germany, demonstrated a consistent pattern in downloads, with figures generally ranging between 4K and 5.5K throughout the quarter. Active user engagement started at approximately 134K, experiencing a slight decline to around 123K by the end of September.
Notino: profumi e cosmetici, from the Czech Republic, showed fluctuations in weekly downloads. The app peaked at 6.7K downloads in early July but settled around the 2K mark towards the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar trend, beginning at over 18K and tapering off slightly to about 14.9K by quarter's end.
Douglas Hrvatska, a German-based app, maintained a modest download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads varied, with a notable peak of 1.9K in mid-September.
KIKO MILANO - Makeup & beauty from Italy experienced stable yet low download numbers, averaging around 150 per week. Active user count hovered around 200, with a slight increase to 248 in mid-September before declining again.
Lastly, Cosmetics BF showed minimal activity, with weekly downloads generally below 130. The app's user engagement remained low throughout the quarter.
