In the third quarter of 2024, the dance games category in Sweden saw diverse performances across the top apps, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.
Just Dance Now from Ubisoft showed consistent weekly revenue, peaking at around $294 in early September. The app's weekly downloads began at 276 in early July, experiencing a decline to 114 by early September, before slightly rebounding to 195 by the end of the quarter. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, starting at 606 in July and ending at 430 in September.
Coco Play's Ice Skating Ballerina demonstrated modest revenue, with a brief peak of $17 in early August. Weekly downloads started at 96 and had a minimal decline, finishing at 39 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 113 and concluding at 69.
Dance Clash: Ballet vs Hip Hop, also from Coco Play, reported sporadic revenue, with minor peaks at $15 in early July and $9 mid-September. Downloads began at 124 and ended at 45, with active users showing a decline from 168 to 79 over the quarter.
Crazy Labs' Pole Star! did not generate any revenue but had a steady performance in downloads, starting at 40 and ending at 23. Active users mirrored the download trend, starting at 40 and concluding at 22, with some fluctuations in between.
Finally, Acrobat Star Show by Coco Play recorded negligible revenue, with a small peak of $12 at the end of September. Downloads were highest at 94 in late July, tapering off to 0 by the end of the quarter, which was reflected in its active user metrics as well.
