In the third quarter of 2024, the top five dating apps in Serbia exhibited distinct trends in downloads and revenue on the unified platform, which includes data from both iOS and Android. Let's dive into the performance of these apps according to Sensor Tower data.
OmeTV – Video Chat Alternative, developed by Bad Kitty's Dad, saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, starting at approximately $538 in early July and peaking at around $661 in mid-September. Downloads for this app started strong with over 4.7K in early July, reaching a high of about 5.7K mid-August, before gradually declining to 2.7K by the end of September.
The Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date maintained a robust revenue stream throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue rose from $8.5K in July to a peak of around $10K in late August. Its downloads showed moderate fluctuations, beginning with 1.5K in early July and tapering off to about 1.5K by the end of September.
Badoo: Dating. Chat. Friends experienced a steady revenue trajectory, starting at $3.9K in early July and ending at $4.1K in late September. Downloads for Badoo remained relatively stable, with weekly figures hovering around 1.2K throughout the quarter.
Yope: Friends' groups had a unique quarter with no revenue reported. However, downloads surged dramatically from 45 in early August to a remarkable 3.9K by early September, before declining to 555 by the end of the quarter.
Finally, Dating and Chat - Evermatch from FlintCast showed modest revenue changes, beginning with $62 and peaking at $103 in early September. Downloads for Evermatch showed a declining trend, starting at 1K in early July and ending with 591 in late September.
