In the third quarter of 2024, the top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in Romania showed varied performance metrics in terms of downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides an insightful overview of these trends.
KFC România maintained a robust presence with weekly downloads starting at 48K in early July, gradually declining to around 18K by the end of September. Notably, weekly active users began at 82K, dipped mid-quarter, and then climbed back to approximately 72K by the quarter's end.
McDonald’s - Non-US experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, beginning at 8.6K and peaking at 14.6K in early August, before stabilizing around 9.7K. Active users showed a significant spike in early September, reaching 178K, before settling at 158K by the end of the quarter.
Domino's Pizza Romania saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from 880 and peaking at 1.5K in mid-September. Active users also followed an upward trajectory, increasing from 76 to 167 over the quarter.
Starbucks Romania experienced a slight increase in weekly downloads, moving from 1.3K at the beginning of July to 1.7K by the end of September.
Lastly, Burger King România showed some variability in weekly downloads, starting at 765, peaking at 4.3K in mid-July, and then settling around 1.9K by the end of the quarter.
