In the third quarter of 2024, the top medical apps in Norway, as reported by Sensor Tower, showcased diverse trends in downloads and user engagement on a unified platform.
Helsenorge saw a steady climb in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 4.1K in early July and peaking at about 6.5K towards the end of September. The app maintained a robust user base, with weekly active users fluctuating slightly around 80K to 86K throughout the quarter.
The Hjelp 113 app experienced a gradual increase in downloads, moving from 2.4K in early July to about 4.1K by the end of September. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 18.9K to just under 20K during the quarter.
PatientSky demonstrated a consistent upward trend in downloads, starting at 2.3K and reaching around 2.9K by late September. The app's weekly active users mirrored this trend, growing from 6.2K to nearly 6.8K.
Helseboka showed a remarkable increase in downloads, particularly in September, jumping from 1.3K in July to over 4K by the end of the quarter. Revenue peaked at $80 in mid-July before stabilizing at lower levels.
Lastly, HelsaMi experienced modest growth in downloads, with numbers rising from just over 1K in early July to about 1.7K by the end of September.
