In the third quarter of 2024, the top five physics puzzle games on a unified platform in Latin America showcased diverse performance trends in downloads, revenue, and user engagement. According to Sensor Tower data, these games have captured the attention of numerous users across the region.

Screw Jam from Rollic Games witnessed a decline in weekly revenue, starting from about $15.4K in early July and dropping to approximately $9.5K by the end of September. Downloads saw a significant surge mid-July, reaching a peak of 26.8K, but later decreased to around 5.7K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users initially increased, peaking at about 74.9K in mid-July, but experienced a gradual decline to 45.7K by the end of September.

Angry Birds 2 by Rovio Entertainment Oyj displayed a relatively stable revenue pattern, with weekly earnings hovering around $12K to $14K throughout the quarter. Downloads oscillated, reaching a peak of 126.2K in late August before settling at 112.5K at the end of September. The game maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users fluctuating between 665K and 767K, eventually rising to 723K in the final week of September.

Screw Out from Dino Global Studio experienced a remarkable increase in revenue, starting at a modest $246 in early July and climbing to over $13.2K by late September. Downloads peaked at 363.4K in early August, before gradually declining to 90K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users saw a rise from 158K in early July to a peak of 895K in mid-August, followed by a decline to 313K by the end of September.

Wood Screw, also by Dino Global Studio, showed a decline in revenue from early July's $6.1K to $3.5K by the end of September. The game started with a high download rate of 647K, which decreased to 157.6K by the close of the quarter. Despite the decline in downloads, weekly active users remained robust, growing from 3.2M in early July to 3.7M by mid-September, though slightly dropping to 3.7M at the end of the quarter.

Angry Birds Friends from Rovio Entertainment Oyj maintained a consistent revenue stream, fluctuating between $4.3K and $5.7K throughout the quarter. Downloads peaked at 175.8K in late July but diminished to 59.9K by the end of September. Weekly active users started at 647K, experienced a peak of 676K in late July, and then decreased to 351K by the end of September.
