Threads, developed by Instagram, Inc., showcased a mixed trend in downloads, with numbers fluctuating between 6.8K and 8.5K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users steadily increased, starting from approximately 80.6K in early July and peaking at around 106.6K by the end of September.
WhatsApp Messenger experienced a gradual decline in downloads, starting from 6.9K in early July and dropping to about 5.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users for WhatsApp began at 3.1M, saw a peak in late July at around 3.3M, but eventually decreased to approximately 2.9M by the quarter's end.
Telegram Messenger from Telegram FZ-LLC recorded a consistent revenue increase, beginning at $3.5K in early July and reaching a peak of $9.3K in late September. Downloads for Telegram varied slightly, remaining around 3.8K to 4.6K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at 182.8K and closing the quarter at 182.6K.
Facebook demonstrated varied revenue patterns, with a peak of $10.7K in early August. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 3.1K to 4K. Weekly active users experienced a slight decline, starting at 2.7M and ending at approximately 2.7M by the end of September.
Messenger saw a modest revenue performance, peaking at $137 in mid-August. Downloads fluctuated slightly, starting at 4.4K and decreasing to 3.7K by September's end. Weekly active users showed a downward trend, beginning at 857.7K and closing at 814K.
