In the fourth quarter of 2024, the crime game genre saw varied performance trends in the United Arab Emirates, encompassing both iOS and Android platforms. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the key metrics for the top five games.
Mafia City: War of Underworld from Phantix Games showed a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $5.3K by the end of December. Weekly downloads experienced a downward trend, starting at 1.2K and ending the quarter at around 792. Active users also saw a decline, decreasing from 2.4K to just over 2K.
City of Crime: Gang Wars by FingerTips had a notable surge in weekly revenue, reaching $4.5K in the last week of December. Downloads rose steadily, starting at 32 and growing to 81 by the end of the quarter. However, active users experienced a slight decline, ending the quarter with about 5.7K.
Idle Mafia from DianDian Interactive Holding saw a decrease in weekly revenue mid-quarter but rebounded to $2K in late December. Downloads varied, peaking at 327 early in the quarter, while active users decreased from 876 to 743.
The Grand Mafia Global also by Phantix Games maintained a steady revenue, with a high of $1.7K in early December. Downloads increased from 299 to 751, and active users saw growth, peaking at 1.4K in early December.
Manor Matters: Adventure Game by Playrix had modest revenue gains, peaking at $1.1K in late December. Downloads rose from 58 to 133, and active users showed a slight increase, reaching 1K in early December.
